Update with better sprites, bugfixes, balancing changes and new additions, would be helpful if I could get some feedback & suggestions this post!

Changes:

- Re-designed and polished some sprites (Coal, Pots, Scout...)

- Added 2 new events

- Balancing changes to Scouting and Mining

- You can no longer see descriptions of undiscovered materials.

- Fixed bug with Perishing

- Minor changes & bug fixes
