Lasting Bonfire v0.2.3

Minor update again with some balancing and bugfixes!!

Added:

+ Balancing changes to scouting and world resources.

+ Added soldier experience (useless rn)

+ Added the base for merchants (they can come but don't sell anything yet)

+ Changed steel crafting items.

+ Minor changes
